Over the years Millbrook has had it's fair share of TV crew's from fishing show's to travel show's etc.. But last spring Millbrook was proud to play a small part for the massive film crew who where shooting an episode of world renowned horror writer and film maker Steven Kings new series Nightmare and Dreamscapes.

The episode  shot at Millbrook which is titled The end of the whole mess  was released in the States on 19th July 2006 on TNT pay for view.  During filming we witnessed a very interesting week indeed with cranes ,camera's and film star's  all over the place, it sometimes resembled a war zone of wire's ,gaff's, crew and the like but it all came out unbelievably well and judging by the sneak preview it looks fantastic. If you have been to Millbrook before you will struggle to recognise the place, it now has snow capped mountains right out the front door courtesy of movie magic !! Probably how it looked 1or 2 million years ago before Black Hill eroded into the lump it is now. It really was a great experience for all involved, us included!
