A black roof was in order for the movie so the crew went to work replicating!

Nice job in just over two days, it was removed  3 days later

Lucky for us a jetty was needed for filming, after we sunk the post’s the crew got stuck into it.

Getting the yellow box boards down.

Boats for filming at completed jetty.

Doddy’s inspection!

Hard to believe they can transform the place in just two days.

Once the props where in place it came up a treat!

They think of everything.

Bring in the camera’s

Very impressive camera.

Better grab a crane so we can make some rain eh!

Best get the camera tents in place and bring in some more gear.

There was gear everywhere you looked.

Left hand drive cars with American plates made me take a second look  to make sure I was still in Aus!

The actors get to work after  some direction from Mickael.

Mickael shows them how he wants the scene done while Rebecca relax’s.

Camera’s ready, actors ready, start shooting.

Rebecca looked radiant and was a true proffesional, not to mention a very nice lady!

Never work with kids or animals they say but this team worked well together.

A touching scene with the kids.

After a tough morning filming it’s time for lunch.

They don’t muck around in this game, grubs up and I didn’t miss out !!

Nice bloke the cook, even made me a fresh chino as if he didn’t have enough to do.

They wanted to get a shot from above so we hiked up the hill with crew in tow!

Just add a few conifers and your in Montanna.

The cabin looked very inviting when the art department was finished.

Looks cozy eh?

Ya’all come back now ya hear!!
